aceweb.ai is operated by Aceweb Solutions SRL (“we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Romania.
By creating an account or using aceweb.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
aceweb.ai is an AI-powered clarity workspace that helps users shape online product ideas into structured project material, practical next steps, saved project context, and project-aware AI conversations. The service may include:
aceweb.ai provides AI-assisted drafts, suggestions, and structure. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any output.
aceweb.ai is currently in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable while we improve the product. We may modify, add, or remove early-access features before general availability.
To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
aceweb.ai may offer free and paid plans. Plan limits, AI credits, workspace limits, team-member limits, billing periods, and prices are described on the Pricing page.
While aceweb.ai is in early access, access to paid plans may be limited or unavailable. We will show applicable prices, renewal terms, and payment requirements before you subscribe to any paid plan.
AI credits are used when aceweb.ai generates or refines project material, including Project Briefs, Focuses, deeper analysis, and project-aware chat replies. Credit usage may vary based on request complexity and response length.
Once billing is available, paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel a paid subscription from your billing settings or by contacting us; your access will usually continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Immediate access and consumed credits. A paid plan or credit pack gives you immediate access to a digital service and digital content. By purchasing, you expressly ask us to make it available straight away. Credits that have already been used, and subscription time that has already elapsed, reflect a service that has been delivered and are non-refundable.
EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Because you have asked us to start immediately, this works as follows: you may still withdraw within 14 days, but we may charge for what has already been provided up to that point — the subscription time elapsed, and the credits already used. Any unused remainder (an untouched credit pack, or the unused part of a subscription period) is refunded. Credits already consumed are not refundable, as they have already been delivered.
Where you use aceweb.ai as a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, and cancellations and refunds are governed by these Terms and the terms shown at checkout. In all cases, nothing here limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
You agree not to use aceweb.ai to:
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit to aceweb.ai, including project ideas, notes, Briefs, decisions, and other project material.
AI Output: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated output created for you through aceweb.ai for your personal or business purposes. AI output is provided as a draft or suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on it.
Our Service: aceweb.ai, including its design, features, software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
aceweb.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated before use in production or business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aceweb.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of aceweb.ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you directly; where that isn't possible, disputes will be handled by the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
